Find the minimum security update support period for each FanX Drive model below. Security updates address security issues in the product; they are separate from the hardware warranty and feature updates.
Minimum support period
Product security updates for the FanX Drive X3 are supported through at least November 30, 2029.
What this support covers
For each listed model, the support period covers security updates for the device system and FanX Cloud software used for or in connection with the product's intended use. Security updates include fixes for security vulnerabilities. This period does not cover new feature updates or the hardware warranty.
If we extend a model's minimum security update period, we will update its end date on this page. Check the model's row for the current published commitment.
