Thank you for shopping with FanXcloud. The following terms explain how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines

We use a multi-warehouse shipping model:

  • Local warehouse (US, CA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, AU, JP, TH, PH, VN): in-stock items ship locally → 2–5 business days
  • China warehouse (out-of-stock or unsupported regions): 5–10 business days (North America/Europe) or 7–15 business days (other regions)

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: orders over $99 USD (standard shipping)
  • Flat rate (under $99): $5.99 USD (local) / $8.99 USD (China)
  • Express shipping: $12.99–$19.99 USD (2–3 business days, available at checkout)

4. Customs & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees set by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

5. Wrong or Missing Items

Contact us via support@fanxcloud.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the shipping label, product SKU, and received items

We offer replacement or refund after verification.

6. Multiple Items

Orders placed on the same day ship together if in stock. Separate orders may arrive separately.

7. Address Changes

No address changes are allowed once the package is in transit. Please confirm your address before checkout.

8. Shipping Destinations

We offer global shipping except for restricted or sanctioned regions.

9. Track Your Package

A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to display.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact our team at support@fanxcloud.com within 7 days of expected delivery (include photos if damaged). We will file a claim and arrange reshipment or refund after carrier confirmation.
