Warranty & Return Policy

This Warranty & Return Policy applies to FanXcloud retail packaging products purchased by the original end user from FanXcloud or authorized third-party distributors. Products purchased through other channels or without FanXcloud retail packaging are not covered—please contact your seller instead.

This policy does not apply to buyers acquiring products for resale, leasing, or commercial redistribution.

1. Scope of Application

This after-sales service agreement applies only to FanXcloud retail packaging products purchased by the original end user from FanXcloud or FanXcloud-approved third-party distributors.

2. Quality Assurance

During the warranty period, the product (excluding third-party software) will be free of material or process defects under normal use. The warranty covers faults caused by normal use only.

Faults caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, power issues, failure to follow product instructions, force majeure, improper installation, or repair by unauthorized third parties are not covered.

3. Quality Assurance Service Content

Basic principles

Under this agreement, FanXcloud may replace eligible products during the warranty period (see each product's warranty period on FanXcloud's official e-commerce platform).

FanXcloud does not guarantee, repair, restore, or copy lost data or images (including data on returned products) and is not liable for related losses. FanXcloud does not provide data repair, restoration, or copying services within the product.

Discontinued products

If a product is discontinued, FanXcloud may, at its discretion, replace it with an equivalent product.

4. Situations Where Warranty Does Not Apply

  • Improper use or handling: improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, insufficient or overloaded power, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions; appearance damage; unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
  • Not used according to instructions: failure to use the product as described or intended
  • Information modification or removal: altered, removed, or obscured identification; improper packaging; second-hand or non-compliant resale products
  • Third-party software and data: third-party software is provided "as is." Users bear risks related to software quality and performance. FanXcloud is not liable for loss or damage from third-party software, connected devices, or stored data. Compatibility issues from pre-installed third-party software should be resolved with the software provider; FanXcloud provides hardware-level support only

5. Product Quality Assurance Procedures

Preparation

Confirm return policy terms before returning a product. Send defective products to your original purchase point or an authorized FanXcloud agent/distributor with proof of purchase. Include all accessories (e.g., heat dissipation vests). Do not send non-FanXcloud products—FanXcloud cannot retain them and will not compensate for loss.

Include a note with your return shipment containing purchase channel, full name, contact phone number, and a description of the fault.

All returns must comply with FanXcloud's return authorization terms. Package products securely and use prepaid, traceable shipping. Clear personal data before return—FanXcloud is not responsible for data leakage.

Return the product

Return the product to the designated address within the valid warranty period. You bear insurance and shipping costs for the return. Use proper packaging to prevent damage in transit—FanXcloud is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.

After receipt, FanXcloud will inspect internal and external condition. If the item is not eligible for warranty replacement, you will be notified after testing and the product will be returned.

Return shipping after exchange is paid by FanXcloud. Products imported or sold through unauthorized distributors may not receive warranty service—contact your selling agent for available support.

6. Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, this document is the complete warranty for FanXcloud products and replaces other oral or written warranties. Except as stated, no other warranty is provided.

Special application exemption

FanXcloud products are not authorized for use as critical components of life-support equipment or applications where failure could cause injury or death.

Exemption from liability for damages

FanXcloud's sole remedy under this warranty is replacement where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanXcloud is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Legal rights statement

This limited warranty grants specific legal rights; additional rights may vary by jurisdiction. This disclaimer does not limit liability for death or injury caused by FanXcloud's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Other Terms

  • Replaced products receive warranty coverage for the remaining period of the original product
  • This warranty applies only to the original end user, is non-transferable, and package purchases must be returned in full to qualify
  • FanXcloud may update this agreement periodically—refer to the latest version on the official website
